Start On Our Medication Service

Call 970.223.1930 and ask to schedule a new client consultation with a client liaison who will:
- Listen to your prescription management story.
- Fill out a new client form with you.
- Take a copy of your insurance.
- Document current medication information.
A pharmacist will review all medication information as well as service recommendations received.
A pharmacy team member will contact you to:
- Discuss details needed to successfully transition you to our service.
- Answer questions you have.
- Establish a service start date with you.
We take care of everything else… transferring your prescriptions, asking for refill approvals from your doctors, and seamlessly (to you) becoming your pharmacy!
